How to Make a Payment

Â鶹¹ÙÍø offers many options to make paying your bill quick and easy.

Our Warriors Payment Plan gives you the convenience of making monthly payments throughout the semester.

Online payments can be made through your portal 24/7. You can also pay in person or by mail.

Online

You can make payments online through the Warriors Connect portal using an electronic check free of charge. Credit card payments are also accepted online. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

A non-refundable service fee is charged by our third party vendor for each credit card payment made online.

In Person

Stop by Zimbar-Liljenstein Hall and pay at the cashier's office room 185. Our cashier accepts cash, checks, money orders and debit cards (pin # required).

Cashier hours are:

• Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Friday - 10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (During the summer session 10-11 a.m.)

Warrior Payment Plan Details

Fall 2026 Warrior Payment Plan – 5 months:
Fall Semester Only – Fall 2026 Payment Plan enrollment period for this plan is 7/22/2026 to 8/16/2026. With this plan, you must enroll for the fall 2026 semester and re-enroll for the spring 2027 semester. There is a $35.00 charge each time you enroll.

Fall 2026 Warrior Payment Plan – 4 months:
Fall Semester Only – Fall 2026 Payment Plan enrollment period for this plan is 8/17/2026 to 9/13/2026. With this plan, you must enroll for the fall 2026 semester and re-enroll for the spring 2027 semester. There is a $35.00 charge each time you enroll.

Fall 2026 Warrior Payment Plan – 3 months:
Fall Semester Only – Fall 2026 Payment Plan enrollment period for this plan is 9/14/2026 to 10/11/2026. With this plan, you must enroll for the fall 2026 semester and re-enroll for the spring 2027 semester. There is a $35.00 charge each time you enroll.

Please note: The last day to enroll in the Fall 2026 Warrior Payment Plan is 10/11/2026.

Tuition Deferment

If your employer reimburses you for tuition, you may qualify for our tuition deferment plan at no cost to you.

Tuition deferment gives you the flexibility to pay Â鶹¹ÙÍø at the end of the semester. This takes away the burden of paying up front costs before receiving your reimbursement from your employer.

1. Applicants must be in good standing with the university.
2. Students will be personally responsible for any charges due to withdrawal from a course.
3. Students will receive mid-term grades and statements for informational purposes.
4. Students will be considered delinquent, and no further semesters will be cleared, unless the prior deferred balance is paid in full per the agreement as described.
5. Complete the External Employer Assisted Tuition Deferment Form.
